Learning Persian language has many facets, you do have to consider many things when starting to study Persian. You need to learn and build up a large vocabulary that will help you understand written and spoken Persian, and you need to study Persian grammar and pronunciation rules that will make you speak correct and clear Persian. This is how you can learn Persian if you are a non native speaker:
Change your wrong attitude of Persian grammar. Many Persian language learners think that grammar is the way to speaking fluent Persian, think hold the conception that learning huge amounts of grammar rules will make them sound like native speakers of Persian, but unfortunately this is not true, grammar only helps you understand the structure of the language, but Persian fluency is attained by exposing yourself to huge amounts of input.
Listen to simple and easy Persian that you do understand: the general rule of learning speaking Persian language easily and fluently is listening to easy Persian, I mean by that, listening to audio content that you can understand. You need to understand at least 70 percent.
Speak Persian daily. Speak and Speak. Practice! This step very crucial in learning Persian This step goes deep down to your inner confidence. You've got to learn to overcome the shyness and the voice inside your head that keeps telling you: "You'll just make a fool of yourself!" . If you can't overcome this, then you won't be able to learn Persian. Remember: Persian is a language, a form of communication meant to be practiced together with other people by speaking.
Learn Persian vocabulary by heart. Learning Vocabulary by heart means you should stop cramming your head with the translation of Persian words in your native language.
